These advanced machines enable efficient production of an extensive array of parts, utilizing a diverse range of materials such as metals, plastics, and other alloys. With remarkable speeds approaching nearly 1,000,000 pieces per hour, they guarantee swift and reliable manufacturing processes that meet the highest standards. The company is certified ISO 9001:2015. Sierra Pacific Supply Company (Sierra Pacific Supply) is a leader in sourcing precision fasteners since 1954. For nearly 70 years, the company has built a strong and reliable reputation as one of the largest fully diversified distributors in the industry. A “one stop shop” for precision fastener needs, the company services the aerospace, military, and commercial industries. The product line consists of mil-spec (AN-MS-NAS-NASM), flight, high strength and specialty made print fasteners.

In addition, the Sierra Pacific Supply team can arrange for various supply chain management solutions that correspond with individual requirements. Sierra Pacific’s top priority is customer satisfaction, which is demonstrated with the right combination of experience and technical knowledge. The company is certified AS9100D: 2016. C.O.I. Holdings acquired Sierra Pacific Supply Company in 2021.

Quest Fastener and Industrial Supply (Quest Fastener) is a customer-focused distributor of industrial fasteners, PPE, and maintenance supplies, serving industries such as food processing, construction, and energy. The company offers a broad product range—from standard hardware to specialized and technical fasteners—alongside safety and contractor supplies. Value-added services include Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), bin stocking, just-in-time delivery, custom packaging, and kitting to streamline operations, reduce labor costs, and ensure reliable inventory management. Quest Fastener and Industrial Supply was acquired by C.O.I. Holdings in 2020.

B&B Socket Products has supplied precision fasteners to the aerospace and industrial markets since 1976. The company is an authorized distributor for more than 20 manufacturer product lines and works closely with manufacturers to provide both standard and custom fastening solutions, including machine screws, washers, pins, bolts, inserts, springs, and rivets.

B&B Socket Products is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards, reflecting its commitment to quality and compliance. C.O.I. Holdings acquired B&B Socket Products in 2017.

Freelance Electronics was founded in 1996 by Dustin Carreon, President of C.O.I. Holdings. The business specializes in supplying electronic components that are hard to find and obsolete. Industries served include medical, aerospace, defense, telecommunication, consumer, automotive and any other industry that uses electronic components.
